©️ DEAR BODY OF WADA ©️

ACT I
You are God’s first Sign of Love in Motion

For Our first Body of Wada is our Mama’s Womb

You are a Fiercely Protective Flow of Life

Clearly and lovingly allowing we to bloom

We exist with you as our superpower

So we back away as you enter da room

Wē become one with you to seek higher ground

You allow us to float and still not consume

You are a necessary drip to quench my many thirst

You are da great connector to my rivers, lakes, ocean and seas

DEAR BODY OF WADA

ACT II

We are One with You for we are a WadaWorld within our Water World.

You are our fluid therapist as you always allow for honest reflection

You wada our spirit in mind, body and soul

You hold da memories of we ancestors and all humanity

You hold secrets that we eyes will never see

You Mami Wada are da quintessential mystery

You can rain fiercely down from Heaven and hold entire worlds captured in time

You are an entryway to portals not yet discovered

You allow our porch gardens, and farms to feed single families and entire nations

DEAR BODY OF WADA

ACT III

I need you to relay a message to we ancestors whose essence and memories you hold

Tell dem we love dem, we honor dem for we are connected through da wada in we soul

and we understand how they were truly BOLD

I know dey live within we and wield a powerful hold

For dey are rain, storms, hurricanes, tsunamis and tornadoes

Through da song chords connected in every drop

Da Wada remembers da rice from every crop

It’s connected in all waterways even da swamps

They are in da clouds, in de air and da dampness of dew at day clean

You Dear Body of Wada encompass all that we and dey are

For we are made of wada, magic, love and stars.

DEAR BODY OF WADA

ACT IV

I need You just as much as you Need Me

to do better, cleansing your soul, your shores and making it waste free

Havin to be more like you, go with da flow and protect ya peace

You hold da key to all of we pathways for we need your indigo breeze

Your right to exist holds up in ya soul like we were in Mama’s womb

We have taken so much more than we deserve

poisoned your belly but still trying our best Da Land to preserve

I know you hold an account for every drop of a tear

You Dear Body of Wada is de only enigma dat has no fear

You are one, in form, in spirit, in tribe, in here, in freedom, in ME

can’t nothin else Bathe Me, Baptize Me, Bless Me and make me feel free.
